1. Oversee and manage the technical servicesteams for Aircraft Systems, Avionics, Propulsion, AircraftStructures, Predictive Maintenance, andReliability
Maintenance Program to ensure the safe andefficient operation of our aircraft fleet, minimize downtime, andmaintain compliance withregulatory
requirements.
2. Ensure that alltechnical services teams are in compliance with regulatoryrequirements, OEM recommendations, and operationalneeds.
3. Overseas the evaluation and update ofAirworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, modifications, andrepairs for the airline's fleet. Ensuring that allnecessary
safety and performance-related updates arepromptly implemented to meet regulatory requirements and industrybest practices.
4. Lead efforts to identify and implementcorrective measures and modifications for airworthiness findings inconsultation with specialized teams. Safeguarding
theairline's reputation and minimizing operationaldisruptions.
5. Overseas with the Maintenance Planningdepartment to optimize maintenance programs and ensure fleetavailability, thereby enhancing operationalefficiency,
reducing downtime, and meeting passengerdemand.
6. Coordinate the introduction of new aircraftinto the fleet in liaison with the Regulator for necessaryapprovals to ensure a smooth and compliantintegration
process
7. Review maintenanceforecasts and ensure cost-effective planning while maintainingsafety standards to optimize resource allocation, controloperational costs,
and safeguard the safety of passengersand crew.
8. Oversee the timely renewal of Certificate ofAirworthiness documents for the entire fleet to guaranteeuninterrupted flight operations, regulatorycompliance,
and the continued ability to provide safe andreliable air travel services to passengers.
9. Ensure thetimely review and revision of the airline's ContinuingAirworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) to align with industrybest practices and
evolving regulations.
10.Ensures the accuracy of engine trends, oil consumption, and otherpredictive maintenance indicators and plan necessary maintenanceactions to proactively address potential issues, enhance aircraftreliability, and minimize unplanned maintenance events. Thissystematic monitoring and action planning are vital for reducingoperational disruptions, extending the lifespan of aircraftcomponents, and ensuring that the airline's fleet operatesat peak performance, resulting in cost savings and improvedpassenger satisfaction.

11. Facilitate thecontrol of maintenance costs while maintaining safety standards toachieve financial stability while ensuring continued compliancewith regulatory
and industry safetystandards.
12. Manage records in compliance with companystandards and civil aviation requirements, to present as and whenrequired; and for continuous improvement in
operationalpractices.
13. Utilize data from various sources toconduct analysis, identify trends, and evaluate the efficiency ofairworthiness functions. To proactive addresspotential
issues.
14. Prepare for audit checksand contribute in the closure of occurrence reports and auditfindings, to exceed industry standards, fostering trust amongregulatory
authorities and passengersalike.
15. Liaise with external parties, including OEMs,contracted AMOs, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders inmatters related to modification, damage
assessments,troubleshooting, and projects.
16. Oversee thedevelopment and enhancement of maintenance programs to optimizeproductivity and minimize costs.
17. Promote the use oftechnology systems and tools for efficiency andproductivity.
18. Promote and ensure compliance withQuality Assurance, Safety, and Audit practices affecting aircraftcontinuing airworthiness.
19. Ensures all trainingactivities are cost-effectively scheduled, run, monitored andrecorded according to agreed budget and timeframes.
20.Ensures all new joiners undergo proper orientation procedures and“Induction Program”: SMS, Health and Safety,Risk Management; contributes to the
development of seniorstaff in order to elevate the performance standards and inspire allemployees achieve best results in their areas ofoperations.
21. Oversee development of training plans andmanuals in line with set objectives, highlighted competencies andagreed performance deficiencies ordevelopment
plans.
22. Lead by example,motivates and maintains a competent and high performing team,capable of meeting current and future business needs; Coach& Mentors
team members for their career andprofessional development.
23. Manages performance throughobjective setting, continuous support, feedback and formal reviewsto ensure business objectives & KPI requirements aremet.
24. Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing is inplace and in line with the business plan to meet the operationalneeds of the department.
