**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:IT Recruitment**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across technologies and domains (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
- Utilize job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking for talent acquisition.
- Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate with internal tech panels for evaluation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with client policies and local labor regulations.

**Business Development / Sales (Staffing)**
- Identify new business opportunities with companies requiring staffing solutions (contractual, permanent, project-based).
- Engage with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Department Heads) to pitch services and build client relationships.
- Prepare and present proposals, rate cards, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Achieve business targets through proactive outreach and account penetration.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

**Client & Account Management**
- Act as the single point of contact for client interactions across recruitment delivery, escalation handling, and workforce planning.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through periodic reviews and feedback mechanisms.
- Track market trends to align recruitment and sales strategies for competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- **4-8 years of experience** in IT recruitment and staffing sales/business development.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and hiring challenges.
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written) - **mandatory**.
- Prior experience managing clients or recruitment mandates in **GCC or MENA** region preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in contract staffing and managed services is a plus.
- Understanding of local labor laws and compliance in Middle East staffing markets.
