Responsibilities:- Having 5+ years’ experience on SAP Ariba Functional modules (Upstream and Downstream).
- Proven expertise in gathering the business requirements, fit gap analysis, design and implementation of business requirements into Ariba.
- Highly involved in SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of Ariba e-procurement module implementation.
- Proven hands-on experience on Cloud Ariba Downstream Modules - P2P (Ariba Network, Procurement, Goods Receiving, and Invoicing).
- Expertise of Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Connection Changes and Issues Resolution.
- Clear understanding of End to End Ariba S2P Modules (Upstream and Downstream).
- Resolving Production support issues on a daily basis (Purchase Order, Goods Receiving, Invoicing, IDOC issues, Supplier ANID, Supplier Setup, Master Data, Remittance).
- Participating in Functional Unit Testing (FUT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and building and executing Test scenarios and Test Scripts.
- Handling projects and development activities related to Invoice Management.
- Expertise on Production support of Ariba P2P process.
- Good knowledge of SAP MM module and its integration with Ariba.
- Hands-on experience on Approval Flow Design and Testing.
- Hands-on experience on Supplier On-boarding and its related issues in Upstream and Downstream.
- Experienced in procurement area, specifically on SAP Ariba Suite of Cloud Applications consisting of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing (Procure to Pay).
