Responsibilities :

  • Supporting with SAP Implementation/Development in the areas of S4 HANA Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) both on Prem and Cloud Space, as applicable.
  • Be part of implementation projects with a focus on Asset capitalization, Asset Transfer, Asset Derecognition and disposal, Master Data Management & Equipment and Technical Objects, Fixed Asset Register Maintenance process, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management, and basic knowledge on Mobile Asset Management is desirable.
  • Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPS.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings. Help team to adopt/evaluate the fitment of SAP Best Practices.
  • Ability to create BRD, Business Blueprint (BBP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents, Master Data handling/Cutover strategy, etc.
  • Develop and execute test plans; prepare and update user manuals and training materials; and provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation phase.


Experience :

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an SAP PM/EAM Consultant.
  • Proven experience in at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP EAM implementations on S/4HANA.
  • Experience in driving & conducting design workshops, with hands-on experience in delivering Asset Management/Plant Maintenance business process in S/4 HANA along with integration with other modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & cutover approaches.
  • Should be well versed in project implementation methodologies, Agile (Scrum) Methodology, Activate Methodology, and Solution Manager.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • SAP Certification in PM/EAM and S/4HANA.
