Asa key player in their organization the META Employee and LeadershipDevelopment Manager willbe
responsible for developing andexecuting a comprehensive employee and leadership developmentstrategy
that aligns with ourclients key organizational objectives and business opportunity.This role will not only be responsible for working with keyfunctional and business leaders across the region it will also workclosely with META hubleadership.

Theideal candidate will possess a proven track record in designing andimplementing initiativesthat
strengthen coachingcapabilities and leadership elevate employee effectiveness andenhance the overall
impact andsuccess of the workforce. Collaboration is at the heart of thisrole with the ability towork
seamlessly with key businesspartners managers coaches and the HR team to identify developmentneeds
create tailored programs andmeasure their impact.

Theclient seeks a strategic thinker who can navigate the intersectionof organizational goals and individual growth fostering a cultureof continuous learning and professionaldevelopment.

BasicRequirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in relatedarea
Experience directlysupporting senior leaders across theorganization
Proven ability tointeract with stakeholders across all levels of theorganization
Ability to analyzedata and understand businessneeds
Healthcare experience orexperience in and/or exposure to healthcare or pharmaindustry
Leadership developmentexperience having helped strengthen leadership through coachingor
developinginterventions
Strong track recordof performance demonstrated ability to show good judgment andcriticalthinking
skills
Excellentcommunication skills
Adherence toour clients values andpurpose
AdvancedEnglish
Ability to work multiplesubjects prioritize and deliver all ofthem

KeyResponsibilities:

Designdevelop deliver and measure effectiveness of leadership developmentprogram targeted at
enhancingleadership skills and capabilities across thehub
Develop and deliver a tailoredMETA employee developmentprogram
Engage and partner withbroader hub leaders to accelerate leadership and coachingcapabilities
Work closely withMeta hub lead team and functional leads HR and Hub leadership andbusiness
leaders to help implementthe L&D plan and programs throughout theyear
Understand the full range oflearning solutions to drive and influence business partners toadopt the
most effective learningmethods solutions andoutcomes
Work closely with hubaffiliate L&D leads to communicate roll out and executeemployee and
leadershipplan
Consult with businesspartners to prioritize and address L&Dgaps
Consult and partner to advisehow learning solutions may help achieve businessgoals
Perform needs gapassessments and make recommendations for appropriate learninginterventions
Develop network ofinternal and external L&D and employee developmentcontacts
Customize and maintainlocal curriculum maps for employees andleaders
Localize global trainingprograms
Apply change managementprinciples when partnering on transformation and culturalchange
Participate in pilotprograms (global or local) and provide feedback to ensure programsare appropriate
for affiliateimplementation
facilitate trainingprograms for staff
Ensure qualityfacilitation and implementation of training by guestfacilitators
Provide oversight ofthirdparty L&D partnerships including governance offinancial and compliance
processesand obligations for managing thirdparties
Serve as Success Factors(Learning Management System)steward
Partner to implement anykey D&I initiatives as needed
Evaluate the effectiveness oflearning interventions and other relatedinitiatives
Benchmark internallyand externally to client as appropriate and drive performanceimprovement
solutions.
