The purpose of the Marketing Manager Rest ofWorld (ROW) role is to be the marketing partner in region and takeownership for creating and delivering the gotomarket strategy andplan across ROW markets.
How youll helpus make health happen:
- Turnbusiness objectives into an effective and measurable marketingstrategy and plan to help the business achieve its commercial goalsacross B2C and B2B channels. Identify and build opportunities andplatforms that align with the global brandstrategy.
- Effective budget management tosupport the marketing plan allocate funds optimally deliver bestresults without overspending and maintain a balancedinvestmenttoreturn ratio. Constantly analysing spend andrecommending changes as necessary.
- Leadmotivate and develop marketing executives to create strong workingrelationships within the team. Bring about a positive environmentthat promotes the achievement of functional goals and the businessKPIs.
- Responsible for the output andperformance of our content and creative from appointed PR andcreative agencies.
- Utilise a variety oftactics and platforms to support demand generation and contentbuilding to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth. Support theB2C and B2B sales team with collateral and content to help themconvert more prospects.
- Tailor globalmessaging and creative assets for all markets across ROW.Understand Bupa Global and partner brand guidelines and own allfinancial promotions (banners web pages etc) for annual regulatoryreview.
- Ensure marketing and sales activitiesare connected workflows are set up and caign strategy ispersonalised through content creation personas and brandexperience.
- Own and lead delivery of marketingreports to provide updates and analysis around ROI against variouskey performance indicators (KPIs) across ROW markets. Conveyinsights and findings to the senior management on a regularbasis.
- Work closely with wider marketing anddigital teams and sales and compliance stakeholders fostering anenvironment where strategies are tested and innovative ideas arebrought to life.
Key Skills/ Qualifications needed for thisrole:
- Successful trackrecord as Senior Marketing Manager with broad experience of usingmultiple channels online offline events sponsorships andPR.
- Track record of paid spend optimisationacross ROW and channels with budgets in excess ofc.1M.
- Demonstrable experience of building andexecuting a marketing strategy that positively impacts awarenessand pipeline growth.
- Excellent written andcommunication skills in English with the ability to present atexecutive leadership level and inspire a team.
- Track record of managing external agencies for creative media PRand events
- Budget managementexperience.
- Experience of leading others;creating a positive team culture in a hybridteam.
- Advanced PC skills including AcrobatExcel Word and PowerPoint is essential.
- Knowledge of French Cantonese or Arabic will be anadvantage.
- Strong collaboration skills workingseamlessly with diverse teams globally.
- Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance isadvantageous.
