**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Market Managers to oversee hotel accounts across various inquiries.
- Prioritize daily tasks, monitor outcomes, and track progress using internal systems.
- Address issues related to accounting, allotment, reservation notifications, cancellations, etc.
- Coordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners, including campaigns and promotions.
- Assess production, managing rates and availability loading and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
- Provide training to hotels on using the extranet
- Stay informed about new products and features.
- Contribute to market and competition research efforts.
- Prepare necessary reports.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management, etc.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Attentive to detail with a quick learning ability.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Dynamic, positive, and a valuable team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
