Role Overview:
The International Marketing Lead will serve as the key marketing partner for the Rest of World (ROW) region, responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy tailored to diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform business objectives into a robust and measurable marketing strategy that aligns with both B2C and B2B channels, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum results while maintaining a balanced investment-to-return ratio.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that drives the achievement of business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the output and performance of content and creative deliverables from external PR and creative agencies.
- Employ a variety of tactics and platforms to enhance demand generation and content creation, driving brand visibility and pipeline growth.
- Adapt global messaging and creative assets for all ROW markets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives, establishing workflows that personalize campaign strategies through targeted content creation.
- Lead the preparation of marketing reports that provide insights and analysis on ROI against key performance indicators across ROW markets, regularly communicating findings to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, sales, and compliance, to foster an innovative environment where strategies are tested and new ideas are developed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager with extensive knowledge of various marketing channels, including online, offline, events, sponsorships, and public relations.
- Demonstrated success in managing significant marketing budgets, with a focus on optimizing paid spend across multiple channels.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence at the executive level.
- Experience managing external agencies for creative, media, public relations, and events.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Proven leadership experience, fostering a positive team culture in a hybrid work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Acrobat, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Cantonese, or Arabic is a plus.
- Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with diverse teams globally.
- Familiarity with International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous.
