In this role, youwill:

  • Be onthe front-lines and ensure our customers increase the safety,efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoTplatform
  • Compose joint success plans withcustomers, outlining their objectives, metrics, timelines, andeffectively removing any barriers to achieving businessvalue
  • Orchestrate executive business reviewswith our customers’ decision makers and our executiveleadership where we look back at past successes and align onupcoming goals
  • Conduct workshops with customersto break down their current operations and recommend workflowchanges to get the most out of ourproducts
  • Deeply understand theplatform’s capabilities and explain them to businesses ofall types - field services, utilities, long-haul transportation,school buses, and many more
  • Serve as a mentorto the wider Customer Success and Supportteams
  • Champion, role model, and embed ourcultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the LongTerm, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as wescale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirementsfor the role:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in aCustomer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
  • This is ademanding position with high internal visibility, that requiresstrong priority management and high emotionalintelligence
  • Experience assisting or workingwith technical products
  • Solutions-oriented withstrong problem solving skills
  • Proven trackrecord of building trust and communicating effectively with a widevariety of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineeringleadership, day-to-day users of oursoftware
  • Passion for going above and beyond thecall of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced,change-heavy environment
  • Diplomacy, tact, andpoise under pressure when working through customerissues
  • Bachelor’s degree from a4-year institution
