Aboutthe Villa
This is a position thatis based in Dubai UAE.
The family is used to havea lot of staff working in their home. It is a very respectful andtrustworthy family. Several of our candidates are currently workingfor the family and are very happy about theirjob.
This position is a LIVEin position all though you will be in a DEDICATEDaccommodation (apartment) and you will not be living within theproperty of the family. Family will cover the cost for youraccommodation.
There are many advantages in thework package such as paid accommodation private medical healthinsurance is equally covered by your employer and a car will be atyour disposal or a private chauffeur. Given the fact that all thesementioned expenses will be covered by your employer the package isvery interesting.
Theproject
The family is looking foran Experienced Personal Assistant/ Butler withsignificant experience inHospitality and/or inEvents who is able to start to workreasonably soon depending on the path of the recruitment process ofcourse.
This is a permanentcontract. There will a period of trial defined bythe client during the interview. The trial period should be of 3months.
You must have several years of experienceworking as a Personal Assistant for VIPs and you are used tohandling:
- flight arrangements
- bookings for hotels
- andtaking care of personal goods especially while traveling with thePrincipal and registering those goods anditems
- organizing private events such as dinnersparties
- you have a great sense of servicetable service
You would be assistingthe Principal in the capacity defined by the client and being inthe scope of his operations based in Dubai and France and othercountries.
All initial interviews willbe telephonic interviews and the final interviews would beorganized inperson. The client pays for all theflights.
The client is looking for someone withsignificant experience working for VIPs UHNWI and Private familiesbefore as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
Inorder to apply for this position you must take aLIVEIN position the client willaccommodate only you but not your family. You will share theaccommodation with other female candidates who are currently livingthere.
For this position you will be in chargeof:
- Assisting the client while he istraveling. This position is an active ExecutivePersonal Assistant position. You would be required to travel withthe Principal asrequired.
- Assisting the clientwith all his demands regarding the organization of hisagenda
- Taking care of booking the flighttickets
- Taking care of booking theluggages
- Taking care of booking the hotelrooms
- Preparing for the clients businessmeetings
- Assisting the client when he needs todo shopping
- Booking/making reservations forrestaurants
- Additional administrative tasks aswould be defined by the client during theinterview
Desiredprofile
Youare:
- A French native with a perfectlevel in French & English (writing readinglistening and speaking)
- Comingfrom the Hospitality and Corporate fieldbefore
- Significant successfulexperience working with VIPs VVIPs or Private families in assisting& administrative settings you must have 5 to 7years of experience as a Executive PA.
- You have experience in handling administrativeand financial aspects of thisresponsibility
- You have worked in aninternational purview from a wideperspective
- You are extremely reactive inconflict resolution and handling lastminutearrangements
- You are
- Astrong multitasker detail and resultorientedperson
- Very well organized and have the abilityto deal with pressure and timeconstraints
- Calmpleasant anddiscreet
- Punctualand well presented and havegood communicationskills
- Having knowledge in allkind of services
- Giving a great importance torespect with hygiene and safety procedures andrules
- Working efficiently under operationalpressure
- You have a strong positive attitudeand you are a smiling person
- You are extremelyflexible and you do understand that working for VIPs requiresflexibility
- You have a strong sense ofservice
- Very flexible dynamic multitasker
- Hardworking and alwaysavailable
Salary: EUR(depending on profiles and experience)
(Salary could be paid UAD or in Euros if youwish).

- Minimum One flight per year to goback to visit your family or your country
- Carat your disposal or Chauffeur at yourdisposal
