This is a position that based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The family is used to have staff working in their home.

**The project**

The family is looking for a Personal Assistant, who is able to start working **ASAP**, under a permanent contract with 3 months of probation.**

Ideally, the client is looking for someone, who is very familiar to work with VIPs, VVIPs or Private families before.

For this position, you will be in charge of:

- Assisting the client while he is traveling.** This position is not an inactive Personal Assistant position**, **as you do not stay in the office, but you will need to travel when required.**:

- Taking care of the flight tickets
- Taking care of the luggages
- Arranging for business breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Taking care of the hotel rooms
- Preparing for the client's business meetings
- Assisting the client when he needs to do shopping
- Booking/making reservations for restaurants

**Desired profile**

If you are the kind of person, who is:

- coming from/ has been working in **Hospitality field**:

- ** having Butler experience** in a gourmet restaurant, in a private villa or on yacht
- comfortable in working with VIPs, VVIPs or Private families
- a strong multi-tasker
- very detail orientated and have extensive knowledge of service and caring for luxury materials
- very confident in serving food, wine and champagne
- ** calm, pleasant** and **discreet**:

- ** punctual** and **well presented**, and have **good communication skills**:

- having knowledge in all kind of services
- very organized
- making a great importance to respect with hygiene and safety procedures and rules
- working efficiently under operational pressure
- ** fluent in** **English and French**:

- having a positive attitude and you are a smiling person
- having a strong sense of service
- very flexible, dynamic, multitasker
- hardworking and always available

**Salary: to be defined depending on profiles (salary could be paid in UAD which would be the equivalent of the amount in euros).**

Type contract: permanent contract
