Roledescription: The Customer Service Specialist (CSS)contributes to the success of all Clients Brands and Customers inthe UAE by handling frontline and backline activities tomerchandise orders to key customers in a fastpaced direct customerdelivery environment. yze situations accurately taking effectiveaction under narrow time constraints. This role reports into theCustomer Service Manager. CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT: Shipmentsand relationship with Key accounts across Dubai and NorthernEmirates SAP ECC Key user heavily involved in system relatedactivities and testing Manage Customers requirements &orders management on SAP in a timely manner. Delivery of the SLAsagreed with the Business partners. Close collaboration withInternal functions such as Demand Planning Logistic OperationsFinance Sales teams for seamless operations. Leading operationalmeetings and business reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Accounted for CS main KPIs (CFR Optimized delivery cost& reduction of returns waste) CUSTOMER OPERATIONSMONITORING: Monitors the igned customer operations processes andyze the Key Performance Indicators to identify issues and improveprocess effectiveness. Support business team with tools &reports to provide visibility on business performance. Develop andmeasure Clients Customer Service metrics and provide criticalinsight for rootcause ysis and overall network strategyimprovements Develop and support sales with Customer Scorecards anddetailed customer ysis proposing solutions for better service toour customers OPERATIVE IMPROVEMENT: Ensures the optimalcollaboration capability and process maturity within the chainAvoid being tactical order processing individual by implementing astrategic customer logistics excellence program. Crossfunctional& business partner engagement to optimize ordertodeliverycycle times achieving the optimum balance between bestincl serviceand optimum cost level. Collaborate with the warehouse andtransportation team to identify opportunities address issues andcome up with actions that further improve the operation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience. SAPECC knowledge is a must & professional level in Excel andPower point. Experience in direct store delivery logistics planningincluding the reversed operation. Familiar with Kaizen approach ofsolving problems with continuous improvementmindset.
