  • Lead consumer practice forIntelligence, putting the consumer at the forefront ofdecision-making and serving as a vocal strategic partner andchange-agent for the businesses.
  • Fullyresponsible for designing, analyzing, and presenting primary andsecondary market research projects (Qualitative, Quantitative,offline, online, ad hoc, longitudinal, co-creation,etc.).
  • Connect with various business units tounderstand their requirements and shape reportsaccordingly.
  • Develop and shape group-wide andtargeted consumer studies, coordinate with agencies and Group datasources.
  • Continuously represent the voice ofthe consumer in effort to know their requirements deeply and sharethe knowledge within the Group.
  • Communicateaction orientated insights to the business to inform strategy andplan through qual/quant synthesis and compelling/visualstorytelling.
  • Proactively identify and developnew opportunities/ white space for GCC consumer research and linkit to strategic priorities of the Group
  • Trackdata on global consumer sentiment to measure variances vs GCCmarkets
  • Proactively seek new data sources andintegrate it into the consumer research
  • Be anagent of change for consumer knowledge andinsights
  • Collaborate across the Intelligence,Strategy, Growth and Business Development teams to use our scaleand increase efficiencies and maximize businessimpact.
  • Lead a team of executives and guide increating report and presentations.

What You’llNeed To Succeed

  • Curious, proactive, and passionateabout luxury industry
  • 5 to 10 years ofmarketing research experience in CPG or Beauty/Fashion industry orat an agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing, Economics, Psychology, Sociology or related fieldrequired
  • Team player, motivated, with verystrong analytical and presentationskills
  • Experience in selecting appropriate,diverse research methodologies, designing research studies, andtrying new methods when appropriate
  • Experienceleading projects with ownership of suppliers, research, andschedule
  • Curious professional continuouslystriving to develop him/herself
