KeyResponsibilities:

  • Providesales reports to SeniorManagement.
  • Collaboratewith the Company Operations Head to develop and implementinnovative businessstrategies.
  • Overseethe smooth operation of Luxury Travelservices.
  • Motivatethe sales team to achieve and exceed targets ensuring companyprofitability.
  • Regularlymeet with the Travel Team to review sales figures and planstrategies.
  • Liaisewith company officers to address local issues and strategizesolutions.
  • Promoteand market the business to new or nichemarkets.
  • Managebudgets and maintain financialrecords.
  • Selltravel products and tailormade tourpackages.
  • Sourceproducts and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke andsustainabletravel.
  • Ensurebranch performance and productivity exceedexpectations.
  • Gatherinformation on client preferences andinterests.
  • Coordinatewith travel partners to manage bookings andschedules.
  • Handlecustomer inquiries and aim to exceed theirexpectations.
  • Overseerecruitment training and retention ofstaff.
  • Organizeincentives bonus schemes andcompetitions.
  • Addressdisciplinary matters and customercomplaints.


Requirements

JobRequirements:

  • 79years of experience as a Travel Manager in hospitality travel andtourism.
  • Proficiencyin Saber GDS and expertise in Salesforce CRMsystem.
  • Expertisein commercial flightbooking.
  • Abilityto manage a demanding workload with flexibility andurgency.
  • Experiencein handling VIPs and arrangingitineraries.
  • Strongprojectoriented leadership skills with attention todetail.
  • Excellentorganizational time management and customer serviceskills.
  • Proficiencyin MAC IOS andGSuite.
  • Flexibilityin workschedule.
