  1. Manage all email correspondencefor the MD, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding toemails in a timely and professionalmanner.
  2. Handle incoming phone calls for the MD,screening and directing calls asappropriate.
  3. Act as the primary point ofcontact for external stakeholders contacting the MD via email orphone.
  4. Maintain the MD's calendar andschedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements asneeded.
  5. Prepare agendas, documents, andpresentations for meetings attended by theMD.
  6. Coordinate with other departments and teammembers to gather information or facilitate communication on behalfof the MD.
  7. Handle confidential information withdiscretion and maintain strict confidentiality at alltimes.
  8. Assist with special projects andinitiatives as assigned by theMD.
