With roots in global advocacy (G7, UNESCO, ITU) and a growing focus on the Global South, we are launching Safeintech Media —a dynamic channel on Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. Here we deliver bite‑sized insights, viral campaigns, and deep dives on tech’s ripple effects on culture, economy, and politics. Based in the UAE’s thriving tech ecosystem, we are poised to make Dubai a hub for responsible innovation. The Role: Co‑Founder (Media & Partnerships Lead) This is a shared co‑founder position , to build and scale Safeintech Media from the ground up. As an equity‑sharing role, it is for bold builders who bet on impact over immediate paychecks. You’ll split time between strategic vision, content creation, and ecosystem building—leveraging Dubai’s vibrant scene to drive our mission forward. What You’ll Do: Shape Media Strategy: Co‑develop content pipelines that turn our think‑tank research (e.g., AI ethics roadmaps, deepfake policy analyses) into engaging shorts, threads, and videos—focusing on tech’s cultural disruptions, economic shifts, and political battles. Build Partnerships: Tap your networks to forge alliances with UAE tech events (e.g., GITEX, AI Everything), government bodies (e.g., TRA, UAE AI Council), and influencers—securing speaking slots, collaborations, and policy influence. Drive Growth: Lead platform‑specific campaigns on IG, X, TikTok, and YouTube to hit viral impact, while mentoring a lean team of creators and analysts. Amplify Equity: Champion Emirati and Global South voices in tech safety narratives, ensuring our media reflects diverse perspectives on AI harms and opportunities. Innovate Relentlessly: Experiment with AI tools for ethical content creation, host live events, and measure success through engagement, policy citations, and community resilience.
