ITPLive is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful SeniorBrand Partnerships Manager Talent tojoin our Talentteam.

Thisroles overall responsibility includes being part of the ITP LiveTalent sales team and achieving monthly and quarterly salestargets.

Youwill be responsible for identifying and developing new revenuestreams and opportunities to grow the event department for ITP Livein UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive driven andenthusiastic with a passion for creative selling and onboarding newclients.

  • Developingnew businessleads
  • Developingcomprehensive creative & financial proposals based onbespoke clientRFPs
  • Integratingother ITP Live services to youroffers
  • Workingclosely with the Talent Team to develop strategies and projects foryourclients
  • Liaisingclosely with the finance team for anyproject
  • Beingresponsible for generating revenue from agencies and directclients
  • MaximizingITP Live s market share inUAE
  • Developingand growing personal clientbase
  • Weeklymonthly and quarterly salesforecasting
  • Ensuringmonthly and quarterly sales targets areachieved
Requirements

  • 5years ofexperience
  • Educatedto a degree level the ideal candidate should have more than 5 yearsof regional sales experience inmedia/agencies/content/influencers
  • Experiencecreating sales and project decks fromscratch
  • Ambitiousaggressive proactive creative and hungry forsuccess
  • Abilityto manage multiple projects independently and prioritize in afastpaced workenvironment
  • Excellentinterpersonal presentation and organizationalskills


Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills. Proficient in using editorial softwareand tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms,content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywallexperience. Project budget management skills. Desirable Attributes:Passionate about the GCC technology market. Ability to workeffectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about thelatest trends in the travel industry. Energetic, self-motivated,and results driven. International roaster of travel writers andphotographers.
