A new opportunity in Bang & Olufsen to supportthe growth of our brand in a key expanding market. As our B2B KeyAccount Manager you will be responsible for growing Bang &Olufsens Enterprise & B2B sales activities in the MiddleEast markets.

Key Responsibilities

Accelerate growth in the Enterprise &B2B channel for Bang & Olufsen with focus on developing thepipeline the hospitality sector

Effectivelyoversee facilitate and implement marketing activity to generate apipeline of opportunities.

Engage withcorporate end users in a high touch model

Recruit new VAR and System integrators to expand our route tomarket for AV solutions and hospitality solutions.

Work closely with the Global Head ofEnterprise on developing the strategic business plan for thehospitality sector in the Middle East

Plan andExecute Quarterly partner sales steering meetings.

Meet with key partners influence and motivatepartners to promote Bang & Olufsen commercial sales.

Review Project plans provide expert leveladvice on B&O solutions and best industry practices.

Perform effect analysis initiate optimizationsand follow up reviews.

Support the creation oftraining material and programs with focus on increasing sales toB2B.

Collaborate with Enterprise sales teamand support initiatives to continually develop commercial saleschannels.

Maintain tight communication andclose collaborations with Product Management on new productsfunctions and features.

Initiate productadaptations and custom solutions when required in collaborationswith Product Management.

Feed ProductManagement with industry trends relevant to the Bang &Olufsen product portfolio along with relevant business cases.

What you bring

We areseeking an experience Enterprise sales individual specificallyacross similar industrials to Bang & Olufsen

Moreover youbring:
Experience of working with keyEnterprise channels in the hospitality sector

Experience of working in a high touch sales model

Comprehensive B2B commercial businessknowledge.

Previous experience developing andoverseeing large commercial B2B and integrated solution projects inthe hospitality sector.

Comprehensivecommunicator. Fluency in English is mandatory

Goal focused clear motivation for results

Excellent collaborator with an international team

Motivates others moderates potential conflictsgenerates commitment towards shared project goals
