About the Role:A Government Entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking Senior Consultants with experience in Human Capital to support them with the development and implementation of strategic human capital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to drive organizational transformation through innovative solutions.Responsibilities:Support initiatives focused on organizational transformation.Provide expert advice on human capital strategy and development.Prepare and deliver formal and informal presentations to both internal teams and external stakeholders.Execute high-quality work with a strong focus on teamwork and client interaction.Conduct thorough quantitative analyses to support human capital projects and strategic initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile/Qualifications:Currently one level below Manager with one of the Big 4, with experience in Human Capital.Experience working with clients in the Middle East is a significant plus.Arabic speaker highly preferable.Education:MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier institute with a strong academic record.Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.Professional Skills & Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive output through client presentations.Outstanding written and spoken English.Intercultural competence and experience working in multi-cultural teams would be a strong plus.
