Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the palace, ensuring that all activities align with the overarching vision and standards of excellence.
  • Manage a diverse team of staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of high service quality.
  • Coordinate and execute high-profile events, from royal receptions to state dinners, ensuring flawless logistics and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the palace's budget, optimizing resources while ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
  • Implement security protocols to ensure the safety of the palace, its occupants, and visitors, while maintaining an atmosphere of hospitality.
  • Facilitate communication between the royal household and various departments, ensuring alignment and effective information flow.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including government officials, cultural institutions, and community organizations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-level management roles within luxury hospitality or event planning industries.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events, with specific experience in royal or governmental contexts preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly French or Arabic, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation in a complex environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups, from dignitaries to staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cultural heritage practices and an understanding of the historical significance of palace operations.
  • Physical ability to manage the demands of the role, including attending events and overseeing palace activities across various locations.
