In This Role YouWill (be):

  • Direct, steer and control everyaspect of the day-to-day operations at FF, IJIP and GAFacility.
  • Lead the FF & IJIPSupervisors and ensure accurate coordination between theirshifts
  • Deputise for the Terminal Manager in his/ her absence
  • Support and lead whereappropriate the development and execution of operations integrityplans at DWC FF & IJIP
  • Develop awell-motivated team of staff at DWC committed to safety,efficiency, and teamwork
  • Responsible forrunning the training plan for the site and in ensuring that newjoiners, existing staff, and 3rd party contractors permanent staffdeployed are having the right competence and skilllevels.
  • Run the day to day operations thatincludes, but are not limited to the management of fueller loading,driving safety, product quality, aircraft refuelling includingmisfuelling prevention, people management (respecting Fatiguerequirements), sales, stock management, vendors payment management,data capture & inputs, documentation and operationscompliance tasks, leading indicators report and defectreporting
  • Making sure that all actions capturedin the Actions Tracker Tool are accurately addressed till the closeout as agreed, acting and proposing solutions for continuousimprovement and for Site ImprovementPlans
  • Ensure / participate that process such asMoC (Management of Change), Self-Verifications, training programs,Ramp Safety Management are robust inplace.
  • Working with stakeholders, includingairports authorities and ensure the relationships are wellmanaged
  • Ensure all communications to JVparticipants all well managed
  • Be responsiblefor Into-plane activities on the site
  • Ensurethat all technical activities at FF, IJIP and GA Facility arecarried out in conformance with the DWC HSSE managementsystem
  • Responsible for all budgeting and costcontrol activities related to FF, IJIP and GAFacility.
  • Develop good understanding of DWCoperations to enable better harmony between FF, IJIP and GAFacility operations as well as the ability to handle operationalresponsibilities in emergency situations
  • MasterTrainer - to perform as one of FF, IJIP and GA Facility authorisedsignatories capable of perform training sessions for existing andnew staff as per the requirements ensuring personnel trainingrecords are accurately maintained andupdated
  • Act as the DWC point of contact for alltechnical issues related to ITP and GA with allstakeholders

What YouWill Need To BeSuccessful:

  • Proficiency in English iscrucial
  • Engineering degree, preferably inMechanical or Electrical field
  • 10 years ofexperience in aviation fuel storage terminals including hydrant andInto-plane activities, of which at least 5 years are in a seniorsupervisor/manager level.
  • Proficiency inComputer skills & MS officeprograms
  • Skills to build strong teamrelationships and influence at alllevels
  • Excellent coaching, communication andteam leadership skills
  • Proven track of managingthrough improving customer experience and maximisingvalue
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver totimelines and according to givenstrategy
  • Airport Fuel Systems Management,Airport Fuel System Operations skills areessential
