- Facilitate classroom and virtualtraining for multiple levels of employees and managers in multiplesubject areas.
- Supports execution of trainingplans, strategies, and tactics.
- Work closelywith multiple stake holders and Learning Leads to conduct regionalTNI and design an annual learning plan.
- Createstraining presentations, on-demand videos, documents, and othermaterials.
- Assist with facilitation of trainingsessions, including assistance with interactive elements,presentation of training content, and assistance with moderatorduties.
- Design and deliver learning courses,employee onboarding programs, workshops, and othertrainings.
- Assess the success of developmentplans and help employees make the most of learningopportunities.
- Assists to develop surveys fortraining satisfaction and reports forleadership.
- Work with the larger Enterpriselearning team to create, maintain, and executeprograms.
- Continuously explores processimprovement and automation opportunities while ensuring quality ofthe programs, resulting in a positive experience foremployees.
- Continuously improves owncapabilities and areas of expertise.
- Otherduties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4+ years classroom and virtualfacilitation experience
- Experience facilitatinglearning and coaching on a variety of business, interpersonal, andleadership development topics.
- Certification/Accreditation in 1 Psychometric tool, 1 Leadership developmentframework delivery like Situational Leadership, AdvancePresentation Skills through a reputed brand in the market and aTrain The trainer certification through CIPD or ATD or any otherreputed institute.
- Hands on Experience withLearning Management Systems
- Proficient atManagement Performance Dashboard and measuring learning programeffectiveness at all levels of Kirck PatrickModel
