The ServiceIntegration Manager is a leadership role that is responsible fortranslating the business needs of the client into an actionablevision for the project team to deliver. They are responsible forestablishing current, transition, and future state architecturesthat align to the business objective roadmap.This resource can be macro (strategic) or micro(tactical) in their approach to programs, adapt quickly to thechanging environment, and make sound decisions in high pressuresituations. The resource will be responsible for the support andmanaged service of several systems and managed the tickets andissues raised. Their depth and breadth of knowledge allows them tocontribute at various levels of program execution with examplesincluding; strategic advisory, business and technical design,infrastructure strategy, development strategy, database modeling,and manymore.
An ServiceIntegration Manager is expected to be a champion of properconfiguration, program, change, and incident managementprocesses. Working in tandem with seniorleadership and program leadership, this individual will provide thebroad technical vision and help drive process adoption throughoutdelivery cycles. In addition, the ServiceIntegration Manager will serve a vital role in establishing Logic songoing technical approach to solutions for meeting our client sobjectives.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Responsiblefor all integration, from technical and architectureaspects
- Ownerof physical data, business process, enterprise architecture,infrastructure, and integrationmodeling
- Contributesto the definition of enterprise roadmaps for Logic andclients
- Engagesin governance committees, review boards, and strategic projectsupport
- Createsprototypes to test newtechnology
- Defineand support the tools, methodology, and processes to be leveragedby the projectteams
- Understandsthe need to balance delivery against the business appetite forchange and the maturity of an organization, along with the resourcecapability and budgetary constraints of theprogram
- Ableto establish metrics for system performanceevaluation
- Serveas a bridge between the business, project management, seniorleadership, support, functional team members, and technical teammembers across all workstreams
- Supportproject feasibility and discoverystudies
- Managethe transformation of requirements into architecturalroadmaps
- Assistin the design and delivery of technical activities in support oftheteam
- Establish,develop, and maintain a strong business relationship withclients
- Serveas subject matter expert on the design and implementation of retailsoftwaresolutions
- Providecost estimates toclients
- UnderstandLogic s internal capabilities and give input onstrategy.
- Createagendas, schedule and lead meetings independently, take minutes,manage follow-up actionitems
- Performknowledge transfer to client personnel especially related to retailapplications andrequirements
- Engagesin pre-sales activities as a technicalexpert
- Trainsco-workers and clients through both formal and informal trainingprograms.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relatedfield.
- 10+years of experience as an IT andretail
- 6+years of experience in an integration architect role and/or servicemanagerrole
- Provenexperience in Oracle Retail integrations,Oracle RFI,Software AGWebMethods 10.x&Webmethods.io
- Experiencewith providing technical leadership, mentoring on softwareengineering design, development and frameworks, analyzingalternatives, and presenting technical options to leads andclients
- Motivatedand process oriented critical thinker that is adept at negotiation,business process, and can provide an enterprise architecturevision
- Adeptat handling conflict and making non-biaseddecisions
- Strongknowledge of continuous delivery, along with understanding of Cloudarchitecturerequired
- Professionalapproach when dealing with internal and external customers,including clear and concise written and verbal communicationskills
- Demonstratedexpertise inconsulting
- Experienceas an integration architect on retail ERPimplementations
- Mustwork during Eastern Europe workinghours
- Remotework but may need to travel adhoc - open for travel withinEMEA
- Permanentrole or sub-contractor depending on the profile and noticeperiod
- Strongwritten and verbal English skillsrequired
