The Role
Guildhall is isting our client infinding a talented Business Development Manager to support theirglobal expansion in the cryptocurrency industry. This is anexciting opportunity for professionals looking to play a key rolein a fastgrowing digital et sector. As a Business DevelopmentManager you will be instrumental in driving our global expansionwithin the cryptocurrency industry. Your primary objective will beto develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives thatfoster growth and enhance our market presence worldwide. You willwork closely with internal teams and external stakeholders acrossvarious regions to navigate complex environments and achievesuccessful outcomes. This role involves cultivating relationshipswith key opinion leaders (KOLs) clients and other stakeholderswithin the crypto ecosystem negotiating agreements and managingregulatory considerations to drive our strategic objectives. KeyResponsibilities: Develop and execute global partnership strategiesto drive expansion and market presence. Identify and managerelationships with key stakeholders including KOLs clients andpartners ensuring productive and mutually beneficialcollaborations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies toattract new clients and retain existing ones. Take ownership ofstrategic initiatives related to business development includingscoping opportunities identifying potential partners andnegotiating agreements. Lead efforts in managing global businessrelationships addressing business policy and technical issues asthey arise. Drive partnerships through the entire lifecycle frominitial outreach to deal closure and optimization. Represent thecompany at industry events conferences and networkingopportunities. Prepare regular reports on business developmentactivities progress and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English with the ability towork fulltime in Dubai. Proven track record of workingcrossfunctionally and delivering results through strategicpartnerships. Strong ability to build and manage relationships indynamic and highstakes environments within the cryptocurrencyindustry. Excellent ytical problemsolving and communication ss witha deep interest and understanding of crypto technologies. Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 25 years of experience in business development in thecryptocurrency or fintech industry. Proven track record of drivingbusiness growth and achieving sales targets in a globalcontext.
