Coordinates withGlobal stakeholders from client side, process changes, systemenhancements, change management, project management, and continuousimprovement sessions.

Manages and grantsaccess for customers and internal teams to the order creationtool.

Keyactivities

  • Supports business processes andworkflow;
  • Develops clear and detailed processesthat reflect the current and targeted businessmodel;
  • Develops and supports specific overallbusiness processes and sub-processes, including development oftemplates;
  • Collects information from therelevant experts;
  • Identifies any associatedissues and risks;
  • Monitors the document flowand work-related procedures;
  • Performs data andapplication maintenance updates;
  • Communicateswith internal and external customers;
  • Acts as afirst POC for customer escalations;
  • Identifies,escalates data and program specific issues to appropriate level ofmanagement;
  • Proactively and on-going basisidentifies internal and external best practices that will enableimprovement of the standard end-to-endprocess;
  • Participates in the preparation of thetraining materials and delivery of agenttrainings
  • Follows internal rules and proceduresset out in the Internal Rules
  • Adhering to theCompany's policies, procedures and guidelines pertaining tothe protection of Information Asset, as referred to in the UserAgreement.
  • Reporting actual or suspectedsecurity and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriateauthority;
  • Other Ad-hocduties.
