JobOverview:

TheBusiness Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for leadingefforts to optimize business processes enhance operationalefficiency and drive organizational excellence. This role willinvolve collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identifyopportunities for improvement implementing best practices andmeasuring performance metrics to ensure continuousprogress.


KeyResponsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the developmentand implementation of process improvement strategies methodologiesand tools to drive operationalexcellence.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to identify process inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas forimprovement.
  • Conduct thorough analysis ofexisting processes workflows and systems to identify optimizationopportunities.
  • Design and implement processimprovement initiatives ensuring alignment with organizationalgoals andobjectives.
  • Establish key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance andtrack improvement overtime.
  • Provide guidance and support toproject teams and stakeholders throughout the process improvementlifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops trainingsessions and other initiatives to promote process excellence andbuild organizationalcapabilities.
  • Drive a culture of continuousimprovement and innovation across theorganization.
  • Stay informed about industry bestpractices emerging trends and new technologies related to processimprovement and operationalexcellence.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Operations Management Engineering or arelated field; Masters degreepreferred.
  • 5 years of experience in businessprocess improvement process engineering or relatedroles.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully leading process improvement initiatives and deliveringmeasurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to analyse complex processes and identify improvementopportunities.
  • Excellent project managementskills including the ability to prioritise tasks manage timelinesand coordinate crossfunctionalteams.
  • Experience with processimprovement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Kaizen or BusinessProcess Reengineering.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaboratewith stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt or Green Beltpreferred.
  • Proficiency in process mappingand visualisation tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart Bizagi Camunda ARISCreatio) and project management software (e.g. Microsoft ProjectJIRA).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master'sdegree preferred. 5 years of experience in business processimprovement, process engineering, or related roles. Proven trackrecord of successfully leading process improvement initiatives anddelivering measurable results. Strong analytical skills with theability to analyse complex processes and identify improvementopportunities. Excellent project management skills, including theability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and coordinatecross-functional teams. Experience with process improvementmethodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Business ProcessRe engineering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at alllevels of the organization. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt orGreen Belt preferred. Proficiency in process mapping andvisualisation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, Camunda,ARIS, Creatio) and project management software (e.g., MicrosoftProject, JIRA).
