Join us today to enable a secure future.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES•Manage the process automation governance process and plan for future process automation•Function as a lead process improvement analyst and lead structured problem-solving efforts to elicit requirements and drive process change•Ensure that optimized and streamlined processes are followed across the EBS organization•Raise awareness regarding intelligent automation w.r.t.RPA / AI functionalities within and outside of the EBS organization and encourage appropriate use of technology and automation in support of business processes•Partner with operational teams to identify process and controls improvement opportunities•Oversee the delivery of best-in-class practices that include intelligent automation -RPA, AI and analytics within the EBS in collaboration with relevant departments•Follow up the life-cycle of the automation from opportunity till maintenance and ensure all guidelines are being followed at all stages•Ensure the automation process documentation meets audit standards and compliance requirements•Oversee the development, implementation, updating, and maintenance strategy and methodology for business process excellence/continuous improvement including execution and improvement methodologies•Inculcate a culture of continuous improvement across the EBS functions amongst functional employees•Support continuous improvement efforts by providing visibility of potential dips in service performance/ quality•Drive and facilitate closure of Audit findings•Drive, co-ordinate and support ISO initiatives•Drive and co-ordinate the EBS Risk Management activitiesSupporting Accountabilities•Provide day-to-day management and supervision to direct reports and support them in achieving their operational objectives.•Provide recommendations and contribute to the functions of policies and procedures pertaining to the scope of work that falls under his/her supervision•Monitor the achievements of the functions and ensure that performance standards are met by conducting inspections and periodically reporting activities in order to make the necessary decisions to avoid or compensate for errors or short comingsExperience•10 years' experience in Automation, Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement role•Solid experience in driving and implementing change initiatives in matrix organizationsEducation•Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent•Certification in Automation will be preferred•Project Management and Lean Six Sigma certified will be preferredKey Skills•Change management, communications and presentation knowledge and competence coupled with business acumen and technical knowledge•Ability to communicate and work with senior management and to present complex issues and options with clarity from a strategic viewpoint•Proficiency in the English language•Proficiency in full range of MS office tools
