  • As part of the Business Resilienceteam, support and drive the delivery of a best-in-class operationalresilience function including hands-on responsibility for deliveryof projects to develop and deliver effective Group-wideincident-to-crisis response and business continuityframeworks.
  • Primary responsibility for drivingthe crisis management programmes across Strategic (Gold), Tactical(Silver) and Operational (Bronze) levels, in line with ISO22361guidelines.
  • Providing the business with advice,support and tools to be able to inform BIAs, Crisis ManagementPlans and exercises to improve crisis continuitycapability.
  • Design and deliver crisismanagement training and exercising at Silver & Bronzelevels. This includes a variety of validation methods includingSimEx and tabletop exercises
  • Develop a robustvalidation and exercise methodology to be used at Bronze Levels.This includes developing templates, resources and reports that canbe completed by Bronze Crisis Coordinators. The Lead will providesupport and guidance for Bronze level Crisis coordinators tocomplete annual exercises and undertake reviews of Reportoutputs
  • Creation and management of a reportingstructure / tool to ensure lessons learned are delivered Group wideand recommendations and actions are followed up and implementedwithin a specific timeframe
  • Provide clearcrisis management subject matter expertise to business leaders andcolleagues, delivering information through creative presentations,reports, training sessions and engagementcampaigns.
  • Lead the delivery of resilienceprojects, including management of the implementation and maturityof the Group-wide mass notification tool and incident responsetool.
  • Innovate and modernise the resilienceprogramme using digitisation and creative tools to improve reach,delivery and engagement.
  • Work with key Groupstakeholders (including Group HSE, Group Security, Group People,Group Communications and Group Technology) to ensure fullcoordination of resilience methodologies, principles andways-of-working.
  • Provides internal subjectmatter expertise on resilience methodologies, in particulartechnology and cyber resilience.
  • Support theGroup Crisis Coordinator if there is a livecrisis.
