YOUR MISSION - Your mission is to be the right-hand person to the CEO, David, providing critical support and ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will be a key player in helping David stay focused on strategic direction and growth. 1 | EXECUTIVE SUPPORT As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support in all aspects of David\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day work In order to do that, you: Manage the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s schedule, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination Assist with email and phone communications, drafting emails and responding to inquiries on behalf of the CEO Ensure David\xe2\x80\x99s contacts receive a high level of service and create \xe2\x80\x9cawe\xe2\x80\x9d in every interaction, whether it\xe2\x80\x99s through email or his social media accounts Proofread contracts and coordinating legal projects with lawyers Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials Conduct research and gather information as needed Take notes during meetings and format them 2 | ORGANIZATION AND COORDINATION To ensure that the CEO\'s office runs smoothly and efficiently, you will need to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively In order to do that, you: Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, hotel bookings, and ground transportation Ensure that all meetings are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner Track and manage the CEO\'s expenses and reimbursements Ensure that all paperwork and other administrative tasks are completed on time and accurately Find and negotiate with top tier service providers, suppliers, partners Manage David\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day personal administration, including: management of leases, visa applications and renewals, payment of service charges, depositing cheques, negotiations of rental agreements Manage other personal errands, including: arranging dinners/lunches, selecting gifts for team members and personal relationships, depositing cheques, being the point of contact for banking and other critical relationships
3 | PROACTIVE AND STRATEGIC THINKING As a growing company, we are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance productivity, and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key player in this effort In order to do that, you:
Constantly assess the CEO\'s daily tasks and identify areas where processes can be streamlined, and efficiency can be enhanced Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Identify potential issues and provide solutions in a timely manner Support the team in documenting and improving internal processes Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to support the CEO in achieving their goals 4 | TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION To support the CEO effectively, you will need to work closely with other members of the senior leadership team and other departments within the organization In order to do that, you: Collaborate with other members of the senior leadership team to ensure that the CEO\'s priorities are aligned with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives Work closely with other departments to ensure that the CEO\'s office is integrated with the rest of the organization Provide support and assistance to other members of the team as needed Support and monitor completion of internal projects

Discretion: You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality, and can handle sensitive information with professionalism and tact. Experience: You demonstrate strong project management skills. You have significant work experience in fast paced environments. You have 3+ years of experience supporting C-Suite.
