The position is responsible for developing, managing, and recruiting students in the GCC region to achieve growth in student enrollment for the University. The post holder will be responsible for establishing strong relations between AURAK and high schools to drive the recruitment of new students through the partnership. Minimum Qualification and Education Essential: Bachelor\'s degree required Desirable: Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree Required Knowledge and Skills The individual must possess the knowledge and skills to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. The required knowledge and skills for the position follow. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (verbal and written) in both small-group and large-group settings. Motivated, goal-oriented, and proven ability to meet student recruitment targets. Experience with CRM platforms. Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse and multiple groups in a positive manner. Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team. Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent time management skills and the ability to cope with high-volume workloads. Proficient in MS Office/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in electronic marketing and IT skills. High energy and passion for recruiting. Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent decisions and lead others. Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility. Ability to understand, adapt, and articulate AURAK\'s culture to an external audience. Willingness to travel as needed for marketing and recruitment activities. Work Experience A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in university student recruitment and marketing or a combination of experiences in similar recruitment settings. A minimum of 2 years of university experience recruiting/matriculating national, regional, and international students and sound knowledge of higher education and admissions Experience utilizing lead management technology for student recruitment and admissions through conversions and lead scoring. Experience in developing and managing global student recruitment agents. Working knowledge of higher education student recruitment best practices, including enrollment trends, data analytics, and digital/traditional recruitment practices.
