Job Summary: Looking for an Administration Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Conduct general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, as well as phone calls, route them to the appropriate parties, and respond as necessary Maintain accurate and organized records, both electronic and physical Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, as well as travel arrangements for team members and executives Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, reports, as well as presentations as required Provide support to the HR department by assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, as well as maintaining employee records Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices Carry out any other related tasks as may be required Job Qualifications and Experience The applicant must have a relevant Degree with at least 2 or more years of experience in the same or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office suite or any relevant office software Good organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and in a team A professional appearance and conduct required Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Application Procedure:
