Responsibilities:

Sourcing, Planning, and Coordinating:
Collaborate with various channels to attract suitable candidates.
Conduct candidate searches using various methods.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Customize induction manuals for new joiners, especially Arabic speakers.
Provide HR team support, including document handling.
Prepare HR-related documentation.
Manage projects directed by the HR Director.
Ensure timely entry of new joiners into SAP.
Assist the Reception and Compensation and Benefits teams.
Documenting, Administration, and Reporting:
Create and maintain employee files.
Safeguard personal and confidential documents.
Register new joiners' handprints.
Manage leave balances.
Maintain strict business information confidentiality.

Emiratization:

Support sourcing, attracting, selecting, and retaining UAE Nationals.
Manage Emiratization activities in the SAP system.
Build relationships with academic institutions and government bodies.
Lead UAE National Day events and related projects.
Network with government authorities and stay informed about regulations.
Develop annual plans for student trainee placements.
Document and gain management approval for Emiratization/Nationalization policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration or any relevant degree.
Open to Emirati Nationals.
Freshers or individuals with any amount of HR experience or internship in HR function experience.
Good understanding of Emiratization initiatives, Nafis program, and government initiatives for Emiratization in the private sector.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Emiratization objectives.

Timings : Monday to Friday | 08.30 AM - 05.30 PM
