**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment, retention, and development of employees, including creating and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
- Oversee the performance management process, including monitoring performance goals set by the departments and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Develop and manage the group performance appraisal system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations, including labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Manage the company's facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are maintained and used efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the company's administrative processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Monitor the performance of the HR and administration functions and make recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR-related software, such as HRIS and payroll systems

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
