Job Title: Oracle Solution Architect Presales Lead (Financial Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Team Lead Oracle Solution Architect Presales Consultant with a strong financial background to join our team. As a Team Lead Oracle Solution Architect Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by providing expert guidance and support to our clients during the presales process. Leveraging your deep understanding of Oracle solutions and financial industry expertise, you will collaborate with clients to design and present comprehensive, tailored solutions that address their business challenges and drive value.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements, business objectives, and challenges in the financial domain.
  2. Conducting in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather detailed information about their financial processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  3. Designing and presenting innovative and customized presales solutions that align with the client's business needs, leveraging Oracle's suite of products and technologies.
  4. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and best practices based on your financial industry knowledge and Oracle solution expertise.
  5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, finance managers, and IT teams.
  6. Creating and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of Oracle solutions in the financial context.
  7. Collaborating with the product management and development teams to provide feedback on client requirements and market trends, influencing future product enhancements.
  8. Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in the financial industry, regulatory changes, and Oracle technologies to position our solutions against competitors effectively.
  9. Supporting the sales team in negotiation and closing activities by addressing technical and functional questions, concerns, and objections.
  10. Providing post-sales support by transitioning clients to the implementation and support teams, ensuring a smooth handover and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  3. Extensive experience (10+ years) working with Oracle solutions, including Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Fusion Applications, with a strong focus on financial & SCM modules.
  4. Financial certificates are a plus.
  5. Proven track record as a solution architect or presales consultant, designing and delivering successful presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to clients.
  6. Deep understanding of financial processes and best practices, such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analytics.
  7. Strong knowledge of the financial & SCM modules, including regulatory requirements, compliance, and industry-specific challenges.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  10. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development.
  11. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  12. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
  13. Flexibility to relocate to the work location (Dubai) if needed.

Work Conditions:

  1. Working Days: 5 Working Days (Monday to Mid of Friday), and 2 Days off (Saturday & Sunday).
  2. Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, with a flexible work environment.
