We are retained by our client, a leading Air Cargo Charter organization to secure a highly experienced Key Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client relationships in the Air Cargo Charter Sales & Marketing sector.
  • Identify client requirements and offer customized aircraft solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Foster and expand relationships with key clients and develop new leads.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of cargo charters from the initial inquiry to trip completion.
  • Manage flight quoting and booking processes to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and legal compliance of contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to address contract-related issues.
  • Foster effective communication and cooperation for successful contract resolution.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the aviation sector, with a focus on cargo charter sales and marketing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful client relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational aspects related to cargo charters.
  • Familiarity with legal compliance requirements in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business and sales development initiatives.
