**About the job**

We are looking for a Manager for Key Accounts to join our team and help us manage and grow our high-value leads and clients in Dubai. As a Manager for Key Accounts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, developing account strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop account strategies to increase revenue and grow our high-value leads and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare reports on account activity, revenue, and expenses to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with potential clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in key account management roles, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-value leads and clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

**Salary**: AED 20,000 per month

Start date: March 1, 2023
