We are committed to providing a working environment that promotes work-life balance, career development, recognition and security for the future.In line with our strategy, a major part of our transformation journey is to future proof our bank and establish ourselves as a ‘Digital bank with human touch’, for our customers.So join us in co-creating the future of RAKBANKWhat You Will Be DoingOverseeing the development, enhancement, and management of FX products and servicesResponsible for market analysis, developing and implementing FX strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory complianceFormulating strategies to optimize product performance, pricing and positioning in the FX market.Tracking the performance of foreign exchange products, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven decisions to improve product performanceWhat You Should HaveExperience in conceptualizing, developing and enhancing new foreign exchange products and services to meet customer needs and market demandsAbility to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for growth in the FX space.Experience in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand customer feedback and requirements, ensuring that FX products meet the needs of different customer segments.Ability to monitor and manage risks associated with foreign exchange products, including exchange rate fluctuations and exposureAbility to ensure FX products adhere to regulatory standards and compliance guidelinesExperience in working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and legal, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of foreign exchange productsWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 7 years of experience in the financial industry particularly in foreign exchange or related areasBachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related fieldDeep understanding of FX markets, trading strategies, and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated success in developing and launching FX productsExpertise in managing financial products and developing strategies for FX products.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market data and mitigate risksWhat’s In It For YouPay for performance culture (Competitive and performance-linked compensation).Provision of medical care plan for your family and you.Diverse workforce and inclusive culture.Career development and growth opportunities by design.Work with the best minds in the field.Get opportunities to bring your whole-self to the organization and perform to your best.
