To drive profitability and market penetration of existing products and provide support for development of new products.To manage overall RBG SE/ Micro FX and Trade business by working in conjunction with SE Account Managers, Branch Managers and Regional Managers.Key Result Areas
To maintain close contact and relationship with respective portfolio of customers such that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet.To support the Trade and FX Advisor manager to develop differentiated sales and business development approach for different regions.To focus on SE product propositions across all FX, Trade & Transactions and other SE propositions to maximize revenue contributions.To coach SE Account Managers to enhance FX & Trade business generation opportunities.To do joint calling with SE Account Managers/ SE Area Managers and understand the client need and advise them accordingly.To ensure optimum client calls are conducted on a weekly basis to maximize primary transaction banking sales.To proactively drive new-to-bank business to increase presence in the identified target segments.In conjunction with SE proposition proactively solicit / manage business within the risk-reward parameters, Intra-organization liaison ensuring Service Delivery to clients.To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG so as to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, coordination and cross referrals.To arrange for relevant facility approvals as per the clients Trade and FX suitability and generate business under parameterized trade program for SEs.To actively solicit and refer Insurance and Investment business along with AMs.
Knowledge, Skills And ExperiencePreferably a management graduate with 10 years' relevant working experience.In-depth knowledge of products, services & delivery channels available for SME customers.Experience in Trade and/ or FX products with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in this segment.Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business banking.Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
