We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess a deep understanding of TikTok and Snapchat platforms, and have a proven track record of driving engagement and increasing audience satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Sustain an Engaging Audience Experience: Develop and implement strategies to maintain a high level of engagement on TikTok and Snapchat platforms, ensuring an enjoyable audience experience.Research and Analyze Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, analyze social media ad revenue, and interpret web visitor data to enhance our social media presence and optimize campaign effectiveness.Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with various departments within the company to align social media strategies with the overall brand objectives and promotional campaigns.Research Target Audience and Trends: Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience, identify current trends, and leverage this knowledge to create compelling content.Create Engaging Content: Develop creative and high-quality text, video, and image content tailored for TikTok and Snapchat to captivate and resonate with our audience.Develop Optimal Posting Schedule: Establish and maintain an optimal posting schedule based on audience behavior and platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.Public Speaking on Social Media Channels: Represent the brand through public speaking engagements on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility.Requirements:Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, showcasing successful engagement and audience growth.Deep understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content across various formats.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and algorithms.Prior experience in public speaking or hosting live sessions on social media platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Healthcare experience is an advantage.
