ADIB Careersis Looking to Hire Following Staff – CFIB Analyst Job Openings in Dubai | Arabinfo24 Jobs 2022About ADIBTo ensure compliance and enhance efficiency through executing and monitoring transaction activity performed in branches & Business departments.To advise and provide guidance to COC Teams and other internal stakeholders in matters involving AML & Sanctions.To report any material information to AML Manager and Head of Sanctions / AML & CFT monitoringJob DescriptionAs an Analyst, the incumbent will be responsible of research, financial/ credit analysis, financial modeling and assisting senior team members in originating and executing syndications, DCM & ECM transactions. The analyst will be responsible for preparing pitches, teasers, financial models and info memos and BRC/AC memosJob Responsibilities
Assist seniors in execution of prescribed no deals annually including financial modelling, bank presentations, teasers, information memorandums and approval memosDevelop robust financial models capable of analyzing deal and provide credit / valuation metrics with flexibility to run sensitivitiesPrepare and produce agreed no of customer proposals, pitches and term sheetsCreate deal files upon deal closure and ensure file completenessAssist senior team members to originate and execute syndications, DCM and ECM transactions (Sukuk, Syndications, PF, structured finance, IPOs and M&A deals)Prepare customer proposals, pitches and term sheetsConduct detailed financial / credit analysis on prospective clients and liaise with clients and lawyers for DD and executionDevelop robust financial models capable of analyzing deal and provide credit / valuation metrics with flexibility to run sensitivitiesPrepare credit review and other internal approval memos / presentationsPreparing offering circulars and information memorandaPreparing term sheetsManage deal disbursement in coordination with concerned units of bankMaintain deal intelligence and industry research updates to facilitate deal origination, pricing/ comparables and industry intelligencAssist senior team members originate deals across products by creating strong pitches backed by research, pricing & real comparablesReview industry & company research databases to highlight ideas for originationWork closely with members of WBG/PB to review and analyse cases presented to seniorsMaintain/Develop with counterparts, lawyers, customers & internal department to facilitate responsibilitiesFamiliar with PPM of CFIB & credit policyMaintain files/ help in maintaining satisfactory rating of Sharia/Business audit
