HR Operations Executive | IFZA DubaiIFZA Dubai offers Free Zone Licenses based on an assortment of scalable business set-up solutions, covering thousands of Professional, Commercial & Industrial business activities.The HR Operations Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations for employees, all aspects of the employee lifecycle like processing payroll, expense and payslips management, preparing employment contracts, leave administration, preparing and issuing letters, medical and life insurance enrollments, onboarding, offboarding (applying and canceling visas)HR Operations Executive | IFZA Dubai | Apply NowDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.comMain responsibilities:Preparing employees’ offer letters and employment contracts, accounting for variations in benefits and working arrangements between employees of the different entities.Coordinating with the Academy and I.T. to ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners of each entity, including collection of required documents and issuing assets.Planning and scheduling medical and biometrics appointments for visa processing.Liaising with the visa processing specialist team for the issuance of work permits and visas.Preparing separate salary registers and payslips for employees of each group entityPreparing documentation for employees upon request (e.g. salary certificates, NOC letters etc.)Responsible for medical and life insurance enrollments and deletionMonitoring employees’ annual leave and sick leave applications in the HRIS, ensuring employees adhere to internal policiesMaking accommodation and transportation arrangements for eligible employeesEnsuring employees’ contracts, attendance and overtime are compliant with the UAE labor lawInforming the HR Admin Manager of disciplinary issues, for escalationMaintaining employees’ folders and government relations documentationOffboarding leavers, including conducting exit interviews, preparing final settlements, and collecting assets.RequirementsDegree or diploma in Human Resources is desirableA minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR GeneralistUAE experience is mandatoryFull English proficiency is required; Arabic is desirableFamiliar with the UAE labor lawKnowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) is a plusExperience working in hospitality is preferredBenefitsInternational team (over 50 nationalities)24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Access to exclusive Fazaa discounts (applicable in participating retail stores, food & beverage outlets, fitness clubs, cinemas, theme parks, clinics, and more)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organizationBeing part of a motivated team and Moving-Forward-Company-Culture
