About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for a Associate – Recruitment to join Dubai Holding Group Services.The Associate – Recruitment will be responsible for executing the recruitment process in own functional area, ensuring DH attracts and retains top talent. They will also be responsible for execution of the offer process for new hires – including offer documentation, negotiation and offer acceptance by candidates.Recruitment Process Management:Reconcile job requisitions for own functional area with the approved workforce plan as provided by DH HQ and verticals.Source and screen potential profiles for identified roles and support the Team Lead in sourcing and screening activities for other positions, if required Schedule interviews by coordinating with business teams and ensure support for capturing candidate feedback Administer assessments (for identified levels) and provide reports to relevant stakeholders Leverage the right sourcing mix and channels to meet business requirements Align all recruitment practices with set functional standards and guidelines to create a consistent seamless and smooth candidate experience Regularly record data to support in tracking recruitment metrics, process adherence and tools effectiveness Support in the identification of the right external recruitment agencies and maintain relationship with them to meet hiring needs Support in the creation of a talent pipeline for respective functional area by leveraging professional network, social media, etc. to ensure DH has a recruitment ready talent pool Support the Team Lead in collaborating with vertical Emiratisation teams in executing long-term Emiratisation strategies and plans to attract, assess and hire Emiratis Support the Team Lead in executing initiatives for meeting long term DEI targets of vertical HC teams Undertake the execution of mass hiring events (including intern hiring for relevant verticals to ramp up seasonal hiring based on business requirements)Offer Documentation & Management:Support the Team Lead in getting requisition related approvals as per the DOA Subject to security clearance, document offers and release them timely, accurately and in compliance with DH corporate and verticals specific policies and compensation guidelines and escalate exception cases as required Support Team Lead in coordinating with internal stakeholders (like Vertical HC, Business teams, GS Finance), to ensure timely execution and acceptance of offers Handle first level negotiations with candidates during offer and escalate to higher levels as per requirement. Support in making changes to the job offer and follow up till offer acceptance Continuously strive to improve the offer letter documentation and management related activities and process to deliver enhanced candidate experienceRelationship Management & CommunicationSupport in maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, universities (for graduate/trainee programs), and other relevant organisations to source top talent across organisational levels. Support in developing relationships with new recruitment partners, as required Provide operation support to wider GS Recruitment team during job fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates Maintain accurate reports on vacancy status, time to fill and progress made and share with vertical HC and business teams as required Support the team lead in developing and leveraging industry networks to source the right professional basis business requirements Support in implementing strategies and plan to engage potential candidates identified for critical positions Assist Team Lead in managing relationships with the key stakeholders in the verticals and driving customer satisfaction for the services provided among stakeholdersData Management & Continuous ImprovementUpdate recruitment data to ensure accuracy and recency (including candidate information and recruitment metrics) and prepare dashboards to measure recruitment activities’ performance Adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset and support in the implementation of action plans for process improvements Ensure effective delivery of all service and consistently meet individual and group KPIs Support the Team lead in executing new LEAN Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt projects, as requiredSelf-ManagementMeet individual objectives and priorities in line with the DH GS human capital and overall GS objectives, within the set milestones Complete assigned upskilling and continuous development initiatives (including LEAN Six Sigma projects) set by sub-function manager and implement those learning in existing ways of working Practice a customer centric and service mindset culture, drive innovation in the existing role and have a high-performance mindset to generate high value for the DH GS human capital function Proactively seek feedback and identify opportunities for professional development and growthExperience: · 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles, preferably in a shared services organisation· Knowledge of HRIS, applicant tracking systems & other recruitment technologies· Knowledge of sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and referral programs· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations· Experience working in the Middle East region is preferredAbout the Benefits:At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
