As a Sales Associate at Worka.me, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Leveraging your expertise in the recruitment industry, you will be responsible for selling subscriptions to our job board platform to prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Sales Leads**: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify and qualify potential clients interested in subscribing to Worka.me.
- **Conduct Sales Presentations**: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Worka.me to prospective clients through engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Understand Client Needs**: Take a consultative approach to understanding clients' recruitment needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- **Negotiate Subscription Agreements**: Lead negotiations and finalize subscription agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- **Provide Ongoing Support**: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure they maximize the value of their subscription and achieve their hiring goals.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry, leveraging insights to enhance sales strategies and approaches.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proficient in negotiation techniques, with the ability to drive win-win outcomes and close deals effectively.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using sales CRM systems and other sales productivity tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance.
