Middle East Recruiting Associate

Working under the supervision of the Recruiting Manager, your role will involve providing support for BCG Middle East's campus recruitment efforts. You will support the team in coordinating recruiting events and activities, interview days and maintaining the recruiting database.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with local colleagues and candidates to coordinate mock interviews
- Working closely with colleagues to support coordination of recruiting activities & events
- Preparing materials for marketing events
- Pre-screening incoming local and global CVs for events
- Managing databases and maintaining candidate information
- Assisting in the development and implementation of various candidate engagement programs
- Support in coordinating interview logistics with candidates
- Providing support on projects and/or project-related tasks
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- You have an eye for detail in keeping all recruiting platforms accurately updated
- Establishing relationships with colleagues locally and globally
- Strong organization skills; able to handle competing priorities effectively, consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to treat all BCG information as confidential
- You are proactive with the eagerness to seek opportunities and assist others
- Self-motivated with an ability to always demonstrate a professional approach and maintain integrity
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a large team
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- A relevant bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal communication skills: fluency in English, Arabic is advantageous
- Advanced level computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work in a team which includes Recruiting Associates, Specialists, Team Leaders and Recruiting Managers. You will regularly interact with candidates, interviewers as well as the wider HR team (locally, regionally, and globally).
