Service Advisor Jobs In Dubai UAE 2023 | Al Tayer CareersFor More Top Organization Jobs Click HereDescription:The main responsibility of a Service Advisor is to provide excellent customer service by identifying the customer’s needs and recommending the appropriate services and repairs.Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and answering their questions regarding the service process, pricing, and estimated completion times.Writing up repair orders, documenting customer concerns and vehicle symptoms accurately, and recommending additional services as necessary.Scheduling appointments and managing the shop’s service queue to ensure customer needs are met.Coordinating with technicians to ensure they have all necessary information to diagnose and repair vehicles.Providing status updates to customers during the repair process, answering any questions and addressing concerns.Verifying repair completion, reviewing work performed and finalizing the repair order with the customer.Explaining repair work to customers and providing maintenance recommendations to help extend the life of their vehicle.
Requirements:
An associate’s degree in mechanics or a related field may be advantageous.Experience in the automotive field may be advantageous.A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.Proficiency with industry-specific software.Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
