JOB PURPOSEOversee and analyze HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making, as well as managing and coordinating various HR projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and objectives. This role often involves utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize HR processes, improve employee performance, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.Policies, Processes and Procedures Develop, update, and implement HR Projects & Engagement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Communicate policy changes and updates to all employees and ensure proper understanding and adherence.Support the Head in reviewing HR policies and communicating approved changes for effective implementationCoordinate with all HR sections to prepare policy comparison documents for Remuneration Committee (RC) approvalsBudgets and Operational PlansExplore opportunities for cost savings without compromising effectiveness of project execution. Control/Manage budget set in a cost-efficient manner.Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support HR initiatives.Human Capital Excellence Act as focal point of contact for HR-Analytics related queries and issues. Monitor and respond to HC Excellence Mailbox requests associated with Reporting, Audit and Compliance, Enquiries etc. and ensure they are delivered within agreed timelines with key stakeholders.Reporting & Analytics - Deliver on group-wide HCoutcomes of data integrity checks to measure effectiveness and adherence of data management processes and controls and monitor data quality and data integrity.requests and create regular and ad-hoc HC reports requested by management, verticals, and key stakeholders.Analyse data & develop reports, including Manpower and financial reports, headcount, attrition, Emiratization etc. specific to the HC operations.Support the LM in all HR digital transformation initiatives include SAP system upgradation, SuccessFactors (EC) implementation etc.,Ensure all reports within data centers /storage are updated on monthly basis with data AccuracyDevelop and implement robust analytics frameworks and methodologies to support ongoing and ad-hoc people analytics projects.Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, advocating for the use of empirical evidence in decision-making processes.Mentor and develop team members, building analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset across the wider team.Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in people analytics and recommend innovations to enhance analytical capabilities.Develop a methodology for assessing and responding to people data requestsHR Balance Score Card and Project Monitoring Monitor and report on implementation of the corporate and department Balanced Scorecard across the HR Department and maintain records/documentation thereof for easy retrieval.Report and analyze all data produced, including the tracking and measurements of deliveries doneCoordination of Remuneration Committee (RC) and Board documentationPrepare required presentation and documents as directed by LM for RC and Board in coordination with HC section heads and other stakeholders of the Company.Maintain and update all documentation directly related to HC function associated with RC and BoardSpecial Projects & InitiativesExecute with clear objectives and KPIs for special projects and initiatives to ensure continuous value addition in line with business goals.Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic HR planning and policy developmentRelationship Management & CommunicationBuild positive relationship with the key stakeholders in the verticals and drive customer satisfaction for the services provided.Innovation and Continuous ImprovementParticipate in programs for innovation and continuous improvement in pursuit of greater productivity Execute with Continuous Improvement mindset in the sub-function and other HC sub-function (through collaboration with leads). KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Essential: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Desirable: Master’s degree in HRD or a Project Management Professional (PMP)Job Skills:
Data interpretation and insights, good communication, Project Management skills, ability to work under pressure, time management. Advance Excel user, Data interpretation and insights, & Reporting, Analytics and Visualization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Power Bl).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a commitment to developing team members.An understanding of HR processes, people data, and how they impact business outcomes.Behavioral Competencies: Strategic thinking, transparency, integrity, professionalism. Experience: 8 – 10 years of relevant professional experience mainly in Reporting and Analytics, preferably within people analytics, business intelligence, or a related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
