We strive to create an environment where we share ideas, support each other, & celebrate our successes.Senior Marketing Manager | Aster DM Healthcare Dubai | Apply NowDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.comYour Responsibilities:• Develop short and long-term strategies and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its operations.• Lead marketing strategies and concept development for the Aster.• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.• Collaborate with the brand, communication, and digital teams to create regionalized promotional campaigns using owned channels such as PR, events, social, email, mobile/web, advertising, and business listingsEducation & Experience:• Bachelors/Masters in marketing, business, or related field.• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a marketing role.• A team player capable of working cross-functionally in a collaborative manner and influence without authority• Results-orientated, with the ability to drive and deliver the implementation of new ideas • Ability to see the big picture with an innovative mindset• Strong attention to detail, proactive and flexible approach with ability to multi-task • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
