Therefore, ALPLA is always interested in talented people who are open-minded, speak multiple languages, as well as specialists and executives.Process Technician | ALPLA Group Dubai | Apply NowShould be able to maintain the machine while running and perform all necessary mechanical adjustments.Proper starting and stopping of machine Performs parison controlsShould able to control the material situation in production (regrind level, weight distribution, parison length, flash length etc.)Clean and make necessary adjustments and minor repairs to equipmentFollows the production schedule to determine the quality and quantity of materials to be producedControls material consumption, waste reduction, efficiency and quality of products of machines under his responsibilityShould be able to troubleshoot in case of mechanical or process issues and do all necessary mechanical adjustments.Ensures all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelinesEnsures quality product is being produced at all times and quality checks throughout the shift are doneSupports the changeover team if required Report any issue that impacts overall performance to his superiorProper reporting of all requested reports (downtimes, efficiency) Following SOPs at any point of time Perform all jobs of Machine setterEnsures safe working practices are being followed and accidents, hazards and property damage are reported in the required timeEnsures 5S procedures and activities are followed as per SOPS Actively participate in 5S suggestion and implementationWhat makes you greatPrevious experience and knowledge of handling production machines, utility and InfrastructureElectrical Certificate is preferred.Basic Knowledge about plastic engineering/manufacturing.At least 1-2 years experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics and electrical trouble shooting.Knowledge of Toolmaking, mechanic or electric/electronic systems in the plastics industryBasic Knowledge of plastics blow moulding or injection moulding equipment, processes and control systems.Knowledge of setups, troubleshooting and process improvement.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operation SystemBasic Toolmaking, Mechanical or Electric/Electronic knowledgeAbility to work in Day & Night ShiftsMust be able to express ideas by means of the spoken wordMust be able to communicate with others in English languageWhat you can expect working with usWorking in a challenging environmentYour individual performance will be remunerated and your development will be supported by usWe facilitate a smooth start through individual and well-stablished training program as well as professional guidance and supportPlease note, applications can only be accepted through our portal: miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
