Our team works diligently to achieve goals, striving to ensure an outstanding experience for all.Operations Manager | CAFU Dubai | Apply NowResponsibilitiesBuilding and owning end to end operational strategy of your verticalDevelop and own operational metrics and ensure that they are in line with the business goalsWork with multiple teams to increase utilization of assets and grow performanceIdentifying areas for improvement in processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Report on a daily, weekly, monthly and periodic basis on the operations metrics of the verticalPrepare reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices.Constantly analyze operational trends and making adjustments to keep business in tactDevelop, implement, and maintain operational Policies/Standards/ProceduresRequirementsIn-depth understanding of digital products, network effect and flywheel economyPrior experience of Auto (Tyre, Battery, Oil) sector will be a huge plusExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the automotive aftermarketKnowledge of supply chain management and procurement processesFamiliarity with technology solutions in the automotive industryAble to multitask, priorities multiple projects and manage your time effectivelyBachelor’s degree in operations/business managementSix sigma is a plus5+ years’ experience in an operations managementDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
