This role requires extensive guidance and support on various personnel issues and strategic collaboration with business leaders to implement effective people strategies. The individual will engage proactively and continuously to deliver impactful HR solutions, ensuring alignment with established HR frameworks while staying updated on potential impacts to current practices, employee retention, and policy changes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Personnel Policies and Procedures, the Employee Handbook, and employee programs.The successful candidate will oversee and manage the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. This includes managing the job classification system, staff planning and recruitment, employee contracts, housing, staff development, employee relations, and pay practice administration. The role demands close collaboration with HR team members to customize solutions for business leaders and ensure the smooth implementation and execution of HR programs.Requirements :Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.Previous experience in the healthcare industry is essential.A degree or MBA, preferably in a related HRM discipline, is preferred.Must be an attractive, proactive, and engaging team leader.Location : DubaiAnnual leave & tickets.Competitive market-based packages.Professional development and trainingA very dynamic and collaborative work environment
